This aluminum water pump adapter is to be used when running a non stock cooling system, such as reverse flow. This adapter takes the place of the stock water pump, using an OEM gasket, and provides a common quick disconnect end to provide maximum amount of access and options. Using a quick disconnect set up can allow for easy flushing and quick changes to plumbing.

This adapter can be used with stock 1 1/2" OD quick disconnect parts found at McMaster Carr here.

For example the McMaster Carr part number for the clamp in the second pictureis 4322K711 and the McMaster Carr part number for the 90 degree bend in the second picture is 4322K112
